Based in Rockland County, NY, in the Hudson Valley. Working with businesses across the U.S.

Where we focus

  • Your website’s pages and content
  • Your Google Business Profile and key listings
  • Clear, consistent business details
  • Reporting in plain language

SEO, AEO, and GEO, in plain terms.

Three ways of looking at one goal: making it easy for people, and the tools they use, to find and understand your business.

  • SEO Search Engine Optimization

Improving how your website is discovered and understood in search results, like Google Search and Google Maps.

For example: Someone searches for “roof repair near me” and finds the service page that explains exactly what you do.

  • AEO Answer Engine Optimization

Organizing useful information so answer engines can understand it and use it to answer your customers’ questions.

For example: Your page clearly answers “How long does a bathroom remodel take?”, so there’s a reliable answer to draw from.

  • GEO Generative Engine Optimization

Improving the chance that your business information and content can be found and referenced when AI tools, like Google’s AI features, ChatGPT search, and others, write an answer.

For example: Someone asks an AI tool for a bakery nearby that makes custom cakes. Accurate, consistent details give it the right information about you.

In practice, they overlap. The same things help with all three: a well-built website, accurate business information, and pages that genuinely answer customer questions. We don’t have a special relationship with Google, OpenAI, or any other platform. Each one decides for itself what to show.

Included with the websites we build

Search-friendly foundations, built in.

Every website we build is set up so search engines can find, read, and understand it. It’s part of building a site well, not an add-on.

  • Clear page titles and descriptions

Each page gets its own title and description that say what it’s about. They’re often what people see in search results.

  • Logical navigation and internal links

Pages are organized the way your customers think and link to one another, so visitors and search engines can find everything.

  • Search-friendly URLs

Short, readable web addresses, like /roof-repair, instead of strings of numbers.

  • Mobile-friendly and quick to load

Built to work well on phones, with attention to how quickly each page loads.

  • Optimized images with alt text

Images are sized for the web and described in alternative text, which helps people using screen readers and helps search engines understand them.

  • Sitemap and indexing setup

A sitemap lists your pages for search engines, each page points to its main address, and pages that don’t belong in search results are kept out.

These foundations help your site get discovered. They aren’t an ongoing SEO campaign. Ongoing work, like research, new content, and local listings, is a separate service we scope with you.

Ongoing SEO and AI search visibility

What ongoing work can include.

We agree on the scope with you before we start. Not every business needs every item, so we focus on what’s most likely to matter for yours.

  • A review of your website

We look at your site the way customers and search engines see it, and note what’s working, what’s missing, and what to fix first.

For example: Noticing that your most-requested service doesn’t have a page of its own.

  • Search and competitor research

We learn how customers actually search for what you offer, and look at who shows up for those searches today.

For example: Finding that people search for “emergency plumber” far more than “plumbing services.”

  • Better service pages

We improve your existing pages so they clearly explain what you do, where you do it, and who it’s for.

For example: Adding the towns you serve, what’s included, and common questions to a service page.

  • Content that answers real questions

We write helpful pages and articles based on the questions your customers already ask you.

For example: A page that explains what to expect at a first appointment.

  • Local SEO and your Google Business Profile

We help keep your Google Business Profile complete and accurate, and correct important listings where your details are wrong.

For example: Fixing an old phone number on a listing, or adding missing services and hours to your profile.

  • Clear business details

We make sure your services, service areas, contact details, and experience are stated clearly and the same way everywhere.

For example: Making sure every page lists the same hours and service area.

  • Real projects and explanations

We publish project write-ups, case studies, and helpful explanations using the facts and photos you give us. Nothing is made up.

For example: A short write-up of a recent job, with your photos and the details you share.

  • Technical checks

We check for problems that can keep pages from being found, like broken links, missing pages, or pages accidentally blocked from search.

For example: Spotting an old page that still shows up in search and pointing it to the right one.

  • Monitoring and reporting

We follow how your site performs in search, visits from search and AI tools, AI citation data where platforms provide it, and the inquiries your site brings in.

For example: A regular update on how people found you, and what we plan to work on next.

We don’t promise a set number of articles, guaranteed backlinks, unlimited changes, or listings on every directory. We tell you what we plan to do, and why, before we do it.

How it works.

  1. We review your business and website

We talk with you about your business and customers, look at your website and how you show up today, and point out the opportunities.

  2. We agree on priorities and do the work

Together we decide what to work on first. Then we make the improvements, and you know what we’re doing and why.

  3. We review results and adjust

We look at how things are going, share what we see, and adjust the plan as we learn what works for your business.

Clear work. Honest expectations.

Search takes time, and no one controls what Google or an AI tool decides to show. Here’s what you can count on from us.

What we commit to

  • Doing the work we agreed on
  • Keeping you in the loop, in plain language
  • Transparent reporting on what we did and what changed
  • Real people you can reach directly

What no one can honestly guarantee

  • First-place or first-page rankings
  • Immediate indexing, or results by a set date
  • A specific amount of traffic, leads, or revenue
  • Being included, cited, or recommended by ChatGPT or another AI platform

Results depend on your competition, how many people search for what you offer, where your website is starting from, and decisions made by search and AI platforms. This service focuses on organic, unpaid visibility. Paid advertising, like Google Ads, is a separate service and isn’t included here.

Questions about SEO and AI search.

What is the difference between SEO, AEO, and GEO?

SEO is about how your website is discovered and understood in search results. AEO is about organizing useful information so answer engines can use it to answer customer questions. GEO is about improving the chance that your business and content appear in AI-generated answers. They overlap a lot: clear, accurate, helpful pages support all three.

Is this the same as Google Ads?

No. Google Ads are paid placements that run while you pay for them. This service is about organic, unpaid visibility in search results and AI answers. Paid advertising is a separate service and isn’t included here.

Is technical SEO included with my website?

The foundations are. Every website we build includes clear page titles and descriptions, logical navigation, search-friendly URLs, mobile-friendly pages, optimized images, and sitemap and indexing setup. Ongoing SEO, like research, new content, and local listings, is separate work we scope with you.

What does ongoing SEO involve?

It depends on your business. It can include reviewing your site, researching how customers search, improving service pages, writing helpful content, keeping your Google Business Profile and key listings accurate, checking for technical issues, and reporting on results. We agree on the scope before we start.

Can you guarantee Google rankings or AI recommendations?

No. Google and AI platforms decide what they show, and be cautious of anyone who promises otherwise. What we can promise is the work we agree on, clear communication, and honest reporting.

How long does SEO take?

It varies. After changes are made, search engines and AI tools need time to discover and evaluate them, and meaningful progress often takes months. Your competition and your starting point both play a part, so we don’t promise a deadline, but we keep you updated along the way.

Can you work on a website you didn’t build?

Tell us about your current site and we’ll take a look. What makes sense depends on how it’s built and what it needs, so we talk through the scope with you before anything begins.

Do you work with businesses outside the Hudson Valley?

Yes. We’re based in Rockland County, in New York’s Hudson Valley, and work with businesses across the U.S. Local SEO focuses on wherever your customers are. If you’re near us, we can also meet in person by arrangement.

Let’s talk about your website.

Tell us about your business and where your website stands today. We’ll take a look, talk through what’s worth doing, and agree on the scope before any work begins.
