What does $99/month include?
A standard business website with custom responsive design, hosting, and routine updates and support. A standard website presents your business, your services, your work, and how customers can reach you.
When does a project need a custom quote?
When it needs more than an informational site, for example an online store, booking or scheduling, integrations with other software, or app-like features such as customer accounts. We quote that work before it begins, and the quote separates one-time work from any change to your monthly price.
Is sending the form a commitment?
No. It is a request to get started, not a purchase. We review your details and confirm the scope and price with you before any work begins.
Do I need to get on a call first?
No. You can start with the form. If you'd rather talk it through, you can book a call, but it's optional.
Who will I be working with?
You work directly with the team that builds your site, with no sales handoffs or middlemen. The same people who build it support it.
Do you use templates?
No. Every site is designed for the business it belongs to, without templates or page builders.
What counts as a routine update?
Everyday changes to your site’s content, like new photos, updated hours, or edited text. If you ask for something bigger, such as a new feature, we tell you before starting whether it needs a quote.
Do you work with businesses outside New York?
Yes. We’re based in the Hudson Valley and build and manage websites for businesses across the U.S., with clients in New Jersey, Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Georgia, and Arizona as well as New York. If you’re near our Hudson Valley base, we can also meet in person by arrangement.
